We are less than a week away from this year’s municipal elections. Many towns also have ballot questions that need to have a Yes or No Vote in addition to the candidates to be selected on the ballots so research that.
Have you decided upon who you will casting your votes this year? Have you researched any ballot questions as well?

The democrats have been in power for many decades, some of them have been in office for longer than 30 years. They have gotten arrogant in their attitudes & they have grown protective of their expensive pet projects that benefit only their crony friends while putting our families at both financial as well as physical risk.
The democrats have gotten to be experts at both spending our tax money on wasteful projects & luxury items for themselves but additionally they have become experts in hiding the true costs when they roll items up & put them into the bonding.

Call your elected officials at the state capitol this week
Tell them to Work on Balancing the Budget by making the cuts that are needed instead of cutting services that help our families.
Now is the time for our elected officials to get to work towards starting the much needed downsizing of our government.
They can start by cutting the extra expenses that they have forced us to pay for like big cuts to the CEP Program.
The CEP aka Citizens Election Program gives taxpayer money to the candidates that have “qualified” by raising certain levels of money. The amount varies by race & party but the amounts are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for state senate & state rep positions & in the millions for the statewide races.
That money can be better spent making certain that we have the needed services for the families that are needed.
This warning has been given out back in November by me but this warning post from Kevin Brookman is worthy of a share because he actually has the press release in the article that he posted; in addition to his always worthy of a read even if you do not agree with him commentary.

Who are the people that are connected to the reasons why our water bills are going up higher than ever while their corporate buddies are getting a sweetheart deal at our expense….

MDC WARNS OF SUSPECTED IMPOSTERS

For Immediate Release
HARTFORD —The Metropolitan District Commission (MDC) is advising customers to be cautious of an individual posing as a water company employee in an attempt to enter residential homes.
On Tuesday, November 29, a male suspect claiming to be from the water company attempted to gain access to several Hartford apartments in the vicinity of James Street, telling the residents there was a problem with their water bill. No further details are available at this time.
The MDC urges all residents, especially those who are home during the day, to be alert for imposters by following these tips:
MDC field employees wear clothing and drive vehicles clearly marked with the MDC logo.
The MDC encourages customers to stay secure within the home while asking for identification from anyone who comes to their door. All MDC employees have photo identification badges and will gladly display them upon request. The policy is “No Identification – No Entry”.
If someone comes to your door claiming to be from the water company and you do not have a previously scheduled appointment, do not allow access to your home until calling the MDC Command Center at 860-278-7850 ext 3600 to verify their identity.
If you have any doubt about the individual’s identity or motives, or authenticity of their credentials, do not allow them entry into your home and call the police.
Maybe the next step should be to distribute a flyer of MDC Chairman Bill diBella and the MDC Commissioners to our suburban neighbors. The MDC’s plan to shove Hartford’s debt off onto member towns will cost residents more than any imposters ever could.

There are many educational options that are available to those with money but for those in the lower income brackets & higher family expenses there are few options…
If we stop pouring money into the failing public school system & instead focus upon the needs of the students rather than the wants of the public school administrators & teachers unions then positive changes will begin to happen; both in the public schools as they are forced to compete for the students as well for our families & children & our nation as a whole
Better Educated Students (rather than Indoctrinated & Socially Promoted Students) are able to make wiser decisions. They are able to either find work or create their own jobs by going into business for themselves.
With the recent court ruling; ordering CT to fix the problem of the funding of the schools & the disparity of the education offered throughout CT, by having the money follow the students parents will be able to choose the best educational options for their children. What is “Best” for our children many times does not coincide with what is “Best” for the Teachers Union or the promoters of the Common Core materials or what is “Best” for the Testing Companies – all of whom are looking out only for their “Best Interests” which to them are their taxpayer funded Paychecks.
FreedomProject Academy’s Academic Director, Dr. Duke Pesta, was recently doing a radio interview when a parent called to talk about the amazing education her son was receiving from Grace Christian Academy, and online private school partner FreedomProject Academy.
This video is only addressing one of the many commissions which are currently not properly “staffed” so that they can meet & do their jobs… the big question is why is this being allowed to happen?

There is a serious problem going on down at Hartford’s Town Hall.
There are many commissions that do not have the full number of people that are mandated to have citizens of Hartford sitting on them.
When the new mayor took over he forced out prior to having replacements many of the republican commissioners. The question is WHY did he do that?
#BrokeBronin basically got rid of anyone who might oppose the plans that he & his wife have for Hartford taxpayers.
Meanwhile the citizens of Hartford are in fact suffering while the commissions like the Civilian Police Review Board do not meet in a Proper & Timely Manner
Below is a report by Rachel Baird of a recent trip to Hartford only to discover that the Commission Meeting had been cancelled because ONE person on the board was sick & unable to attend.
There are supposed to be 9 people on the board with a minimum of FIVE (5) people in attendance but ONLY 5 people are currently sitting on the board!
There are FOUR (4) Missing Commissioners because #BrokeBronin is refusing to allow the correct number of people to be appointed on to it!
Are the people living in Hartford aware of this problem?
If they are why are they not demanding that these seats be filled with people from the community?
Have they been demanding that these seats be filled only to fall on the deaf ears of the mayor & his wife?
Where are the former commission members from all of the commissions that were removed & until their replacements are properly installed?
They need to be back in place; this is why there is so much corruption going on in city hall, there is intentional dysfunction of the process.
