#TBT – Turbo Tax: The Rap (Extended Version)

This #ThrowBackThursday is in the spirit of fun over the “necessary evil” of paying the federal income taxes.

Do you live in a high state income tax state or a no income tax state?

How long has your state had it’s income tax? Add your comments below so we can talk about taxes in our states.

I recall back in the 90’s when I was busy raising young children when Connecticut became an income tax state.

It was a very nasty election year with Lowell Weicker winning the race for governor simply because he LIED about being willing to veto or sign an income tax bill, he claimed he was against starting an income tax in CT.

Then once he was elected in to office he started with the push to start the income tax rather than getting the state spending at a level that matched or was less than the amount of taxes collected each year.

Do you do your own taxes or do you pay a tax preparer?

If you do your taxes yourself do you use one of the popular tax preparer computer programs such as TurboTax?

Which program do you prefer to use?

But remember #TaxationIsTheft in our current system

Connecticut Attorney General weighs in on potential third casino

Cross posted item from another Tillett4CT project

They keep pushing for a 3rd casino for our state…

What don’t people understand about the Law of Supply and Demand?
The more of an item there is the less value it is so the costs and in this case PROFITS Go DOWN…

The problem with the east coast region is that there are way too many casinos within a few hours drive so there is no longer the profits that the 2 CT Casinos used to have because people are going elsewhere…

The elected officials are gambling with our future with a very losing hand…

CT Connection Hillary for Prison – TBT

April Fools?

Is the joke on us taxpayers in CT again this year in 2018 or have we finally learned our lesson?

Well we’re quickly coming up on Convention – Primary season where we choose who will be on the ballots for this coming election in November…

The major question is;

Will we put up the same old candidates that we’ve always put up and lose again …

or will we finally start listening to the taxpaying voters and…

Will we put up candidates who reflect who we are and have ideas that will help our families rather than hurting them?

With the recent news in CT Politics & the opening of the DNC Convention I thought that I would just share this little video that I made a few months back…

Reminding the voters just who it is that we have running CT & who wants to run our country…

HUNDREDS of dead people found casting ballots in Los Angeles

Cross posted item from another Tillett4CT project

There is a serious problem with voter fraud across the nation

In Connecticut the voter registration records are not being properly updated.
Dead people are still listed on the Active Voter Rolls.
People who have moved out of state are still listed as being Active Voters even though they are registered to vote in other states.
With same day voter registration college students that are actually out of state residents are affecting our local elections with no way to check that they have not already voted in their home states via Absentee ballot as they are supposed to do.

This is a serious problem with the addition of the new “Motor-Voter Registration” program where people are being registered to vote while being given Drivers Licenses.

There is No Guarantee the voters are even Citizens; since in CT Malloy has passed that regardless of legal status anyone can be given a CT Drivers License.

We must insist that Voter Fraud be properly prosecuted rather than the slap on the wrists which have been given out.
We must Replace the Officials which are refusing to do their jobs to protect our votes on election day.

Keynesian Theory in 5 min

The elected officials are unable to quit their spending addiction because they do not plan to have to pay for any of the debt that they are creating…

#TaxationIsTheft

Plain and simple they feel they are entitled to steal our families money to spend it any way that they feel that they want to. They are without concern about the pain that it creates to our families or the actual damage that it does to our state.

After watching this short video do you want to continue on the current path which we are on or do you want to start on a new path which cuts out the wasteful spending and starts us down a path of sanity so that children and grandchildren can have better lives?
